Possible weather related closing Friday January 12th.
Dear River Bend Families,
Once again the weather forecasters are warning of heavy snowfall on Friday, January 12th. Snow is supposed to start falling Thursday evening and all day Friday. If the predicted weather/snow forecast is accurate, River Bend will have a remote day on Friday, January 12th. The teachers have used some portion of the last two days prepping for a remote learning day in the event that the weather prediction is accurate. Principals and teachers have provided schedules for the students. Please see the attached PDFs for school schedules and more information from the National Weather Service.
A decision about moving school to a remote day will take place Thursday evening or Friday morning based on snow patterns.
